- Special promotions and discounts are valid on new ticket purchases only. They are not valid on previously purchased tickets and there are no price adjustments after a sale.
- We strongly recommend that you purchase tickets online, as tickets may not be available onsite.

Exchange and Refund Policy
- All sales are final, there are no refunds or exchanges on ticket sales.
Additional Policies
- Inclement weather happens. However, performances are rarely canceled due to rain or wind. Snow cancelations may occur if 91传媒 closes the campus. Should a weather-related cancelation occur, active ticket holders will be notified via email and/or phone, and updates will be posted to our website and social media. Rescheduling events and refunds for cancelations will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
Safety Policies
- Masks are not required, but we are a 鈥渕ask friendly鈥 facility and all those who wish to wear a mask may do so.
